No pressure, and always fun and happy, I want them to love my company and the whole team they’re working in, as well as the daily situation in the office.
What does your support team look like?
I always think about their personal life. For me, their happiness is more important than their jobs; for if they are contented with their life, surely they will be pleased with their jobs.

Open management style; more open for ideas, inputs, and answers.

Forging a team with diverse strengths, having the  courage to try to do what you think is right, cultivating passion, determination and humility in the place you are working at.
Do you want to be liked or respected?
I wanna be liked outside the work as their friend but respected in the office as their leader. Actually im still learning how to be a good leader in front of them, still long way to go but im doing it now to equip myself to be a leader whom they love and can be inspired for them so they can do better than me.

Love for me is 1 Corinthians 13:4-7: Blessing my people who works for me, always wanting to make other people happy.
The meaning of friendship is...
Having someone who can give hope, faith, and love; sincerely and truthfully.
My greatest fears are if I cant do what I love again, if I have to close all my labels, or if I can’t be a blessing to all the people who have helped me in my companies.
Life’s most embarrassing moment?
Paying for someone, but when you swiped your credit card, it didn’t work and the waiter had to ask you for a different card.
I’m upset when…
Being cheated, and knowing someone that you trust enough talks behind your back.
What is it that you most dislike?
I don’t like stingy individuals and people who talk too much without really knowing anything. I don’t like people who fake it before they make it.
What do you dislike most about your appearance?
My big fat belly.

When and where would you be the happiest?
My happiest moments are when I do my traveling, whether it’s for business trips or pure holiday.

Shopping some new jeans, staying for hours in the bookstore, DVD marathon under my blanket while having some food delivered to my bed.
I can’t live without…
Jeans, traveling, magazines, DVDs/movies, books.

I want to be an architect or an interior designer. Or maybe, I want to travel around the world, working outside Indonesia for 10-15 years before coming back to start my own labels/companies.

Sate Padang and Japanese shabu-shabu.  (P)
